other handheld devices equipped with a digital camera
to capture and decode barcodes.
The Challenge
Client wants us to use the camera phones to capture
and immediately decode printed or electronically displayed
barcodes. These solutions are designed for handset
manufacturers, wireless carriers, content providers
and retailers. The solution integrates its products
with an array of business platforms and provides SDK
to be utilized with other proprietary solutions
Solution
The Shopper Application is divided
into following main blocks
System Components:
1. Handset Layer: This layer deals with the presence
of the solution on the mobile handset. The primary
user interface of the solution is on the mobile handset.
This layer is present since the Phase 1 build but
will be enhanced in Phase 2 with the addition of more
modules.
2. Web Layer: This layer provides a web user interface
to the application.
3. Content Providers: This layer consists of the content
providers whose content is displayed to the end user.
4. Platform Layer: This is the central component of
the solution. It houses all the business logic and

The Challenge
The idea of Helpdesk application is to provide hands-on
support to the clients on IT and non-IT related problems.
Clients can log in from anywhere and create tickets
for the problem he/she is facing. Person concerned
will get the mail regarding the problem, which will
be dealt and resolved by him immediately.
Solution
We built an application that creates IT tickets for
each and every problem logs faced by the client. Only
authorized users of a particular domain can create
the tickets. The manager of that particular department
will get that ticket which will be solved by him or
assign to another person if it belongs to any other
department. Admin /manager can view different reports
